Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM; checkout is by 11:00 AM. Stays are two nights minimum, three over holidays. You’ll let yourself in with a smart lock. We send your personal door code before arrival. Early check-in (from 2:00 PM) or late checkout (until 12:00 PM) may be available with advance approval and a $50 fee each; we can confirm the day before your stay.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior authorization and a $100 non-refundable pet fee per dog, added when you book. Oakmere is especially good to dogs: a fully fenced yard and zen garden to play in, a dog-wash station in the laundry with complimentary shampoo, and dishes, treats, and waste bags waiting. The usual house rules apply: bathroom breaks outdoors, off the furniture and counters, crated if left home alone, and please keep pups out of the pool.

Oakmere Grove sits in a country-club community reached entirely on paved roads, an easy arrival in any season. The driveway holds seven or more vehicles; please keep all cars in the driveway rather than on the street, out of respect for the neighbors. Tesla charging station on site.

Gig-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace. White-noise machines in every bedroom. Quiet hours run 10:00 PM–7:00 AM out of respect for the neighborhood. The saltwater pool is 3–4 feet deep, unheated, and open May through September. Children should always be supervised around the water; the home is child-friendly but not childproofed (one staircase, fitted with a pet gate). Nothing but toilet paper down the drains, please. No smoking or vaping anywhere; no parties, events, or visitors beyond your booked group. Ring doorbells and exterior cameras only, never any recording indoors. And one golf-course note: you’re on a fairway, so the occasional stray ball is part of the scenery.
